This novel tells the story of an innocent Brass Caster that spent years trying to gain his innocents in a small city that was filled with local and national corruption. It’s based on how the American government spent millions of dollars trying to destroy the political career of Mr. Jeffcoat, one everyday nobody. Crossing paths with a future candidate for office that ends up in the same boat as Jeffcoat. It takes you through the process of how the American government and local personnel can choose to use power, millions of tax dollars, and wasted years trying to destroy one person’s political career. Only to find out their necrotic nature cultivated the collective destruction of their integrity in the community on how they have handled everything else in their lives. "Mickey" is the sequel to "The Death of Mr. Jeffcoat." World War II and purgatory, almost the same thing. In the novel of his own and in his own lingering chronical. The fucking Nazi’s, they made a mess and their mess became our world and our way of life.
This is a fictional book about two young souls that enter into the world of possibilities in the year 1942. It takes place in America during a war torn world. The two lads grew up knowing each other and knowing the world as a better place. A place of no war and a place of grace. |
A Rook and a Chariot is a fictional children's book for ages 10 - 14 written by Robbie Hoffman. A story of a boy that's untimely passing during the hardships of adolescents. When young Rue passes on he gets to meet God and God asks him to join him in a game of chess. The two go through the process of helping each other better understand life and meaning.
The story is a philosophical & psychological weave, written to help children understand and accept the passing of loved ones and to help them process the hardships they encounter. |
About the Author
I was born in Windfield Illinois and raised in Door County Wisconsin. I studied Psychology at The University of Wisconsin Stout, as well as The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. I did some graduate schooling in psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and The University of the Southwest.
Beyond being extremely intrigued with APA research on behaviorism, creative writing wasn't just a minor at Stout, it was a passion all throughout my education. I have been an artist in many mediums since I was a child. From sewing to sculpting, I have always enjoyed creativity. Life is short, you have to follow your heart.
